You will be known as an Assistant Restaurant General Manager or ARGM.
Our Assistant Managers not only run shifts but you are an authentic brand ambassador who also happens to love our chicken and chips. Our Assistant Managers have a wealth of experience coming from a variety of backgrounds and you will partner with your General Manager to run the restaurant like your own but develop your own skills ready to take your own restaurant when you’re ready.
