Bartender Supervisor (Keyholder)

Lord Crewe Hotel – Bamburgh

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender Supervisor to join the team at the Lord Crewe Hotel, set in the heart of Bamburgh.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone with strong bar experience who enjoys leading a team while delivering excellent service in a busy hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising day-to-day bar operations
• Acting as a keyholder, including opening and closing the premises
• Leading, motivating, and supporting the bar team on shift
• Maintaining high standards of customer service at all times
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company procedures
• Cash handling and end-of-day checks
• Supporting stock control and cellar management

About You

• Previous experience behind the bar is essential
• Supervisory or senior bar experience preferred
• Confident, reliable, and trustworthy with keyholder responsibilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods
• A positive, professional attitude with a passion for hospitality
