THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced, values-driven Registered Manager to lead our caring and committed team. You’ll inspire and support your staff, uphold our high standards, and help us grow while staying true to what matters: person-centred, compassionate care. Includes 1 weekend a month on-call.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead by example — you’ll motivate and develop your team to deliver outstanding care.
• Ensure our service always meets CQC standards and our own high expectations.
• Work closely with clients and families, ensuring everyone feels heard, safe and respected.
• Oversee care planning, assessments and quality reviews.
• Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and professionals.
• Promote Anchusa Care’s positive, supportive culture every day.
