We’re looking for a highly skilled Design Engineer with experience in temporary works, scaffolding systems, or structural support to help deliver safe, efficient, and innovative engineering solutions for a wide range of projects.

• Design & Engineering: Develop robust, compliant, and cost-effective scaffolding and propping designs tailored to client requirements and project specifications.
• Project Leadership: Own the design lifecycle, from concept and analysis through to final delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, ensuring clear understanding of design needs and translating them into practical engineering solutions.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all designs adhere to relevant regulations, codes of practice, and company safety standards, particularly with regard to structural integrity and temporary works requirements.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with project managers, site teams, and commercial departments to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into overall project delivery.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and legislative changes to drive continuous improvement in design practices and methodologies.
