JUNIOR IT CONSULTANT (HYBRID, LONDON OR WARSAW)

We are looking for a Junior IT Consultant to join our EMEA Central team based in London, United Kingdom or Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you’ll support specification workshops, build integrations between RELEX and customer backend systems, and help investigate complex technical issues. You’ll also work with installations, configurations, and inter-application integrations within a cloud-hosted infrastructure.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree or relevant experience in the field of Software, Information Systems or Computer Engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and teamworking capabilities.
• Good communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and explain ideas clearly.
• Experience in defining and documenting requirements and then translating those into technical solutions.
• Basic understanding of programming/database/query languages & tools.
• Knowledge of Cloud hosted fundamentals and/or Windows infrastructure/networking technologies.
• Fluent communication skills in English.

• Supply Chain and Business Analytics industry knowledge OR Category Management industry knowledge OR previous experience with a grocery / CPG / FMCG retailer or supplier.

• Support our customers with technical questions from the purchase of the software all the way to the go-live.
• Work closely and communicate with relevant internal & external project team members.

• Build and maintain integrations between RELEX and customer backend systems.
• Investigate complex technical and performance issues for our customers.
