Core Responsibilities As an Account Manager at Bedrock, you will own a portfolio of school and trust customers, with responsibility for impact realisation, retention, renewals, and account growth. Trusted by more than 1,000 schools and MATs, Bedrock is a whole-school platform for teaching and assessing language, knowledge, and reading comprehension across subject areas. This is a commercially driven role, with success measured by your ability to build strong relationships, retain customers, grow accounts, and drive Net Revenue Retention, while helping schools achieve meaningful outcomes with Bedrock. You will manage accounts strategically, work with a high level of ownership and accountability, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
