What You'll Do: Performance Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to sales leadership. Training and Development: Utilize data to determine training needs of the organization. Sales Tools Effectiveness: Responsible for driving the adoption of sales tools and CRM systems. Ensure that features are implemented and drive efficiencies of the sales force. Utilize best practices to ensure ROI of each sales tool. Collaboration: Partner with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of sales strategies with broader company goals. Reporting: Work with Sales Operations Analysts to create performance reporting to determine results of training efforts, enablement programs and identify areas of opportunity for the sales team. Generate and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement. Strategic Initiatives: Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at boosting sales effectiveness and achieving revenue growth objectives. What You Have: 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar role.
