Overview The Consumer Integrated Marketing team at Microsoft is seeking a Group Creative Director to work across our portfolio of brands, spanning Copilot (AI companion), Windows, Surface devices, M365 and Edge. This senior-level position will inspire and lead cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams to deliver breakthrough creative across our ecosystem of channels. This role is pivotal in elevating the storytelling and creative of our marketing and will guide the work from finding the red-thread from insights, the creative expression, and execution across channels. You will be naturally curious, an exceptional strategic thinker, with an innate ability to deliver creative that has purpose and resonance.
