The Impact you will have in this role: The Associate Director role will help scale enterprise process modeling and process digitization capabilities to strengthen delivery of Business Architecture solutions. In this role, you will lead end-to-end process reimagination, partnering closely with stakeholders to redesign and digitize business processes using a collaborative, design-thinking approach. In addition, you will apply BPMN-compliant process and decision modeling methods and tools and embed process modeling into the DTCC risk management and resilience framework. Your work will elevate the client experience by incorporating customer journeys across the product portfolio and enabling innovative, technology-supported process improvements.
