You will deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights (budgets, forecasts, and analysis) that balance near-term realities with long-term objectives, enabling decisions that maximize strategic goals and reflect our commitment to excellence. You will oversee the management of budget, metrics, and overall performance on grants, contracts, and organizational agreements related to PRM’s Street Outreach efforts. You will maintain an intimate understanding of the performance of each Street Outreach project. You will engage Reporting and Data group on the design and maintenance of reports. You will deliver and ensure accurate data on reports and other ad hoc analysis. You will implement cost reduction and efficiency improvements where appropriate. You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle. Requirements WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a similar area of study, and 2-5 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
