Work Scheduled for 40 Hours a Week Scheduled to start on February 2nd Job Description: The Facilities Specialist supports the daily operations, maintenance, and compliance of CPCD’s administrative buildings, modular classrooms, and playgrounds. Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, this role is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining interior and exterior building systems; coordinating the work order process; and ensuring facilities meet all Head Start, health, safety, and licensing standards. The Facilities Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring that CPCD environments are clean, safe, and developmentally appropriate for children, staff, and families. Pay Scale: $21.33/hr. About CPCD: At CPCD, we provide more than 1,500 children living in poverty, or who are challenged by special circumstances, with an early childhood education through Head Start, Early Head Start, and the Universal Preschool Program. Our additional health, dental, and family support services ensure that children enrolled in our programs are ready to succeed in school and life.
