Concevoir et optimiser les cellules de fabrication et l'agencement des processus, en garantissant un flux de matériaux efficace et l'élimination des 8 déchets de fabrication. Élaborer et maintenir des instructions de travail standard, en mettant l'accent sur les domaines CTQ (Critical to Quality) et l'exécution des points de contrôle. Mener des initiatives d'amélioration continue (CI) afin d'augmenter la productivité de la main-d'œuvre et l'efficacité des équipements (OEE). Analyser et gérer la capacité de fabrication, en mettant en œuvre des stratégies visant à accroître la capacité grâce à un meilleur équilibrage des lignes, à l'allocation des ressources et à l'optimisation des processus. Utiliser les graphiques de charge de travail et Yamazumi, le temps de cycle et les données de temps de cycle pour équilibrer les lignes de production et éliminer les goulots d'étranglement. Définir et valider l'outillage, les gabarits, les fixations et les pokayokes afin d'améliorer la sécurité, l'ergonomie et la cohérence des processus. Appliquer les méthodes SPC (contrôle statistique des processus) pour surveiller et contrôler les paramètres critiques des processus, afin de garantir des processus de fabrication stables et performants. Diriger les initiatives DOE (conception d'expériences) afin d'identifier les variables clés des processus et d'optimiser les performances des produits et des processus. Surveiller l'utilisation des machines et des équipements, en veillant à ce que les objectifs de disponibilité et d'efficacité globale des équipements (OEE) soient atteints. Établir et maintenir des normes de travail de base, notamment les heures standard par produit, les heures-homme consacrées à la production par rapport au rendement et le suivi de la productivité. Constituer et encadrer des équipes de fabrication hautement performantes axées sur la sécurité, la qualité et l'amélioration continue. Collaborer avec les services d'ingénierie, de qualité et de chaîne d'approvisionnement afin d'assurer une conversion transparente des matières premières et des pièces achetées en produits finis de la manière la plus efficace et la plus rentable possible. Votre profil : Baccalauréat en génie mécanique, industriel ou de fabrication, ou dans un domaine technique connexe (maîtrise ou MBA, un atout). Plus de 8 ans d'expérience dans des postes de direction en génie industriel ou de fabrication dans les secteurs du CVC, des équipements mécaniques ou des industries connexes. Solide compréhension de la planification des capacités, des graphiques Yamazumi, du temps de cycle/takt et de l'équilibrage des lignes. Expérience avérée dans la conception d'outils (gabarits, fixations, pokayokes) et la mise en œuvre du SPC. Design and optimize manufacturing cells and process layouts, ensuring efficient material flow and elimination of the 8 manufacturing wastes.
