The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and revenue generation throughout our existing operations and additional operations through growth. Must be able to hear and understand commands from supervisors, warnings from fellow workers, and alarms on equipment. Able to use mechanic’s hand tools and tape measure. Able to crawl and climb on, over, under and inside construction equipment. Lift and carry objects and materials of various weights up to 100 pounds. Good vision, both close-up and long-distance, and ability to look forward, side to side, and toward the rear of equipment. Must have good reliable transportation to make it to and from work. Self-motivated individual - must be able to perform required duties independently, without constant supervision. Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours as needed. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises. Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required. Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration requirement. Must be Drug Free and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and possess a Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
