Description du poste La Direction de la maintenance de RTE recrute un(e) : Alternant(e) Assistant(e) de Direction à Ecuisses. La Direction de la maintenance garantit le fonctionnement optimal des installations du réseau de transport d'électricité et de son environnement. Les équipes opérationnelles sont réparties en Groupes Maintenance Réseau (GMR) qui interviennent dans un périmètre géographique donné. Rattaché(e) au GMR Bourgogne de la région Est, vous êtes intégré(e) à l’Equipe Appuis composée de 11 personnes. Ce pôle joue un rôle d’accompagnement, de conseil et de support opérationnel auprès des équipes. En lien étroit avec les équipes internes et les prestataires externes, vous contribuerez à : Événementiel interne et externe Participer à l’organisation d’événements internes et externes sur le GMR : cérémonies de vœux, journées portes ouvertes, actions liées à la santé, à la sécurité, au handicap, à l’environnement et à la biodiversité, temps de convivialité et de cohésion, etc. ; Contribuer à l’organisation des événements de type portes ouvertes à toutes les étapes : préparation en amont (planification, coordination des acteurs, gestion des prestataires, commandes fournisseurs, traiteurs, invitations), appui le jour J, puis participation au suivi post-événement (bilans, enquêtes de satisfaction, retours d’expérience) ; Appuyer la logistique, le pilotage et le bon déroulement de ces événements. Communication & documentation Concevoir des supports de communication internes (affiches, newsletters, visuels, publications intranet…) en lien avec les équipes opérationnelles ; Contribuer au développement et à l’animation de la communication digitale de la Direction ; Mettre à jour, structurer et harmoniser les documents existants (fiches procédures, supports d’accueil, documentation interne) ; Apporter un appui transversal aux missions en cours de la Direction (contrôles réglementaires, formations, actions de prévention et de sensibilisation, etc.).
