Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du bereitest Unterlagen für die monatliche Entgeltabrechnung einschließlich der erforderlichen Nachbereitungen auf
  • Du fungierst als Ansprechpartner:in für die Personalleitung, Führungskräfte, Mitarbeitende und Behörden in steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen etc.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für das Controlling und die Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Du übernimmst die Anlage, Pflege, Verwaltung und Digitalisierung der Personalakten und bearbeitest administrative Tätigkeiten innerhalb der Personalbetreuung
  • Du erstellst Statistiken, Auswertungen und Bescheinigungen und wickelst Entsendungen ab
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Pflege der Personalsysteme (Dateneingabe, Aktualisierung etc.)

Qualifikationen
Erfahrung:
Du hast Deine kaufmännische Ausbildung (und evtl. eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Personalfachkaufmann/-frau) erfolgreich abgeschlossen und kannst mindesten fünf Jahre Erfahrung im oben beschriebenen Bereich vorweisen.
Fähigkeiten:
Du verfügst über umfassende praktische Erfahrungen in der Entgeltabrechnung. Zudem kannst Du fundierte Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie Grundkenntnisse des Arbeitsrechts vorweisen. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse runden deine Fähigkeiten ab.
Tools:
Dich zeichnen gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, aus.
Mindset:
Durch Deine bisherigen Erfahrungen konntest Du ein serviceorientiertes Auftreten entwickeln. Deine Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sowie Deine selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise runden Deine Persönlichkeit ab.
