Job Description

Aufgaben - Das erwartet Sie bei uns:

  • Verantwortung für die fortlaufende Compliance-Beratung der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter in der Region EMEA, insbesondere in den Bereichen Anti-Korruption, Lieferketten-Compliance und Human Rights
  • Planung und Durchführung von Schulungsmaßnahmen und Initiativen zur Förderung der Compliance-Awareness und Umsetzung des Compliance-Management-Systems
  • Durchführung von sog. „Ethics & Compliance Maturity Reviews“ von Geschäftseinheiten zur Bewertung des Compliance-Reifegrads und Identifikation von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
  • Aktive Unterstützung des Chief Compliance Officers/Human Rights Officers bei der Fortentwicklung und Überwachung des Managementsystems im Hinblick auf die Einhaltung des Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetzes (LkSG)
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung an diversen Initiativen (bei der Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG und im Mutterkonzern Rolls-Royce Plc.) im Kontext von Human Rights, CSRD und CSDDD. Mitwirkung in entsprechenden Gremien des Konzerns
  • Durchführung von Human Rights Due Diligences für Kunden und Lieferanten sowie Erarbeitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
  • Mitwirkung bei Rolls-Royce weiten Compliance-Projekten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Regional/Business Unit Ethics & Compliance Officern und Compliance-Stabsstellen hinsichtlich der Förderung der Compliance-Awareness, diversen Monitoring-Aktivitäten und dem fortlaufenden Ausbau des Compliance Management Systems
  • Gelegentliche Unterstützung bei Compliance-Untersuchungen
  • Gelegentliche Unterstützung im Rahmen von ABC Business Partner Due Diligences („Know Your Partner“)
  • Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen zu Human Rights- und Compliance Themen
  • Berichterstattung an den Chief Compliance Officer

Qualifikationen - Was wir uns wünschen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, beispielsweise im Bereich Rechtswissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einem international tätigen Industrieunternehmen oder einer internationalen Anwaltskanzlei/Beratungsgesellschaft
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der globalen regulatorischen Compliance-Risiken einschließlich der zugrunde liegenden Gesetze (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, etc.) und entsprechende Beratungserfahrung aus der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Führungskräften
  • Erfahrung aus der Beratung bzw. dem Aufbau der notwendigen Governance-Strukturen, Richtlinien und Prozesse zur Einhaltung von regulatorischen Anforderungen aus dem Kontext: Human Rights, CSRD, CSDDD und LkSG
  • Ausgezeichnete Sozialkompetenz und Kommunikationsfähigkeit (mündlich/schriftlich), auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sehr gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere der Microsoft Office-Programme (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint), sind erforderlich
  • Erfahrung mit Power BI oder anderen Datenvisualisierungstools ist von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenzen mit einem tiefen Verständnis der regionalen Kulturen und Ethik
  • Ausgeprägte Eigenverantwortlichkeit vereint mit Teamfähigkeit
