Their duties include monitoring properties and interacting with the residents to ensure that routine maintenance is scheduled, and assisting tenants after hours as needed. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Overview: Hours: 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm and as needed Breakdown of Responsibilities The responsibilities of Property Managers are: Walking the campus, observing and reporting maintenance or safety issues. Assisting tenants with maintenance requests and ensuring timely resolution. Coordinating routine requests that need to be scheduled after hours. Responding to emergency calls. Work Environment and Physical Requirement Required to lift and carry up to a maximum of 25 lbs., in a correct manner consistent with the appropriate training provided by the School.
