Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Betreuung von Schnittstellen zwischen verschiedenen IT-Systemen im Bereich Human Resources (z.B. Workday, SAP)
  • Sicherstellung der HR-Datenqualität zwischen den IT-Systemen
  • Verwendung der Middleware (SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAP Integration Suite) zur Implementierung von Daten- und Prozessintegrationen
  • Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen und Erarbeitung von Lösungskonzepten in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines Studiums (bspw. Wirtschaftsinformatik), einer höheren technischen Schule oder entsprechenden Ausbildung bzw. Erfahrungen im IT-Bereich
  • Programmierkenntnisse, idealerweise mit Java, JavaScript, Groovy, ABAP
  • Erfahrungen mit Web Services (SOAP, REST) und XML/XSLT/JSON/etc. sind von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, zielorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
