• Contibutes to the R2R activities and deliverables in accordance with Syensqo’s code of conduct and program principles: standardization, simplification, process discipline, manage scope, effective change management, program governance and future proof solution.
• Reports the progress in the weekly team meetings.
• Raises timely risks and issues.
• Responsible , for the R2R end the end process, by contributing on behalf of the respective GBU, through timely fedback and input to:
• Detail design w/shops
• The business process, its variants and their models to Level 5, based on the input and feedback from the relevant GBU
• System configuration
• Master data standards relevant to this process
• Functional specifications for the relevant developments, including integration with other systems
• The process controls and segregation of duties
• The test scripts and business process scenario variants
• All regulatory and legal requirements , including group and executive reporting
• Engage the business in the respective GBU to ensure :
• the defined business processes are fit for purpose
• their solution understanding and readiness for the testing cycles
• timely sign off for all relevant deliverables
• Engage 3rd parties, i.e. vendors, to ensure their understanding of the ERP Rebuild program and timeline and their readiness to support it.
• Work closely with the internal and external Audit to ensure the process controls and segregation of duties are signed off
• Contribute towards the deployment roadmap, cutover rehearsals, change management, including training materials definition and execution
• Work with the other SMEs and functional consultants to ensure the R2R deliverables are aligned with the rest of deliverables for a seamless end to end process definition and execution.
