Vianen
In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de grootboekadministratie en zorg je samen met jouw collega’s voor een correcte en tijdige afsluiting van de boekhoudkundige periodes. Daarnaast lever je een actieve bijdrage aan financiële analyses, dashboards en rapportages richting het management. Je signaleert verbetermogelijkheden en denkt actief mee over automatisering, digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de periodieke afsluitingen en de juistheid van de grootboekadministratie
  • Opstellen van financiële rapportages en analyses
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe financiële vragen
  • Initiëren van verbetertrajecten binnen de financiële processen
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van het facturatieproces
  • Meewerken aan automatisering en digitalisering binnen finance
  • Uitvoeren van kostenanalyses, accruals, memoriaalboekingen, afschrijvingen en PPA
  • Verwerken van balansdossiers
  • Verzorgen van btw- en CBS-aangiftes
  • Voorbereiden en ondersteunen bij accountantscontroles

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een financiële richting
  • Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur Oracle
  • Affiniteit met rapportagetools zoals Power BI (pré)
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Proactieve houding en goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en het vermogen om soepel te schakelen tussen operationele en tactische werkzaamheden
