How You will Make An Impact: Reporting into the Student Engagement Manager, this integral position will be the first point of contact for students from around Australia who need assistance to make the right decisions about postgraduate study. Student Engagement Advisors are critical not only to our business, but to the students that they support. Each Student Engagement Advisor represents a partner university where they guide prospective students on the entire enrolment process from inquiry to application submission and enrolment into their course. You are counted on to provide thorough information about a university’s courses and serve as a link between various departments. Depending on the needs of the individual student, Student Engagement Advisors provide not only guidance on processes, but support through the various obstacles a student may encounter.
