You will drive the strategic deployment of GenAI technologies at cosnova. Acting as a bridge between technology, marketing, and business operations, you identify opportunities, develop transformative solutions, and inspire stakeholders to embrace GenAI’s full potential.

Your responsibilities:

• Strategic Integration:
• Align GenAI initiatives with business goals (e.g., content creation, consumer experience, product marketing)
• Implement an agile process to identify high-impact use cases, delivering measurable outcomes like efficiency gains, creativity, or revenue growth
• Foster Innovation:
• Design and prototype GenAI applications, such as digital consumer support agents
• Build a strong external network to stay ahead of emerging GenAI trends
• Change Advocacy & Influence:
• Act as a GenAI evangelist, communicating its value through clear, engaging storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences
• Lead a cross-functional GenAI taskforce to decentralize knowledge and drive adoption across departments
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with teams in Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth project execution
• Foster consumer-centric, outcome-driven innovation

Your profile:

• Proven success in implementing GenAI solutions that deliver measurable business impact
• Strategic thinker with hands-on implementation skills and the ability to inspire trust across all organizational levels
• Strong communication and leadership skills to bridge technical and business teams
• Deep understanding of GenAI platforms, tools (e.g., OpenAI, MidJourney, APIs), and ethical applications
• Creative and data-driven mindset to unlock new opportunities
• Experience: 5+ years of leading AI/GenAI initiatives, ideally in Digital Marketing, Sales, or E-Commerce
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in OpenAI (ChatGPT), GenAI tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion), and multimodal AI APIs
• Mindset: Growth-oriented with a bias for fast execution and innovation
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience
• Language: fluent in German and English
