Vous démarrez par 3 mois de formation à La Solive sur notre campus de Lyon. En 12 mois, la Solive forme des techniciens de maintenance chauffage (pompe à chaleur et gaz) H/F en alternance. Nous travaillons avec une entreprise spécialisée dans la plomberie-chauffage à Belfort : aucun frais n'est requis de votre part si vous êtes retenu pour l'alternance. Nous signons un contrat d’alternance entre vous et l’entreprise et à la fin, vous obtenez un titre professionnel reconnu par l'État (équivalent CAP). Vous êtes rémunéré au SMIC tout au long de cette formation. Une formation complète pour avoir des bases solides Vous démarrez par 3 mois de formation à La Solive sur notre campus de Lyon : 90% de pratique. À la fin de cette formation intensive, vous maîtriserez toutes les compétences de base du métier : les outils et les équipements, les gestes pratiques pour diagnostiquer et faire les premières réparations sur les équipements de chauffage, les réseaux hydraulique ou électrique. Vous poursuivez avec 9 mois en entreprise pour continuer à pratiquer et à apprendre. La formation à La Solive vous permet d’être directement opérationnel quand vous rejoignez votre entreprise : vous allez progresser sur des bases solides. Pendant cette période, vous revenez une semaine tous les 2 mois à La Solive pour vous perfectionner Notre méthode : pratiquer, pratiquer et pratiquer La formation est axée sur la pratique des gestes métiers : on analyse, on casse, on répare et on recommence jusqu’à maîtriser. C’est 90% de pratique sur nos plateaux techniques, avec quelques cours théoriques essentiels, le tout animé par des techniciens expérimentés qui vous partagent leurs secrets de chantier tout au long de la formation. Ce parcours s’organise autour de 6 parties : Comprendre les fondamentaux : les principes de l’électricité et du transfert thermique pour maîtriser les bases des systèmes de chauffage Comprendre et savoir modifier les circuits hydraulique chauffage et sanitaire pour une maintenance optimale Comprendre et appliquer les principes électriques pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des systèmes de chauffage Diagnostiquer, entretenir et réparer les PAC et chaudières gaz en respectant les normes et les procédures de sécurité Intervenir sur les chaudières fioul, chauffe-eaux solaires, poêles à granulés et systèmes de ventilation Régler, entretenir et dépanner les systèmes thermiques pour optimiser leur performance énergétique Les critères de sélection : Avoir le permis B Bien maîtriser le français (niveau B1) Être très motivé, avoir un projet professionnel bien construit Avoir une expérience dans le bâtiment (professionnelle ou personnelle) est très apprécié mais pas indispensable La mission de La Solive, c’est de permettre à toutes celles et ceux qui en ont la motivation de se reconvertir ou se spécialiser dans un métier concret, qui recrute partout en France et qui ne connaîtra jamais le chômage.
