They are responsible for working as an active member of the branch office sales/service team and provide support related to the day-to-day branch operational activities and financial services of the Bank. Essential Duties: Performs various duties relating as follows: Successful Completion of One Bank/One Team/One Brand discipline of collaboration and teamwork in order to achieve bank objectives. Well-practiced in policy and procedure in order to protect customer and Bank assets at all times. And keeps up-to-date on banking regulation changes to ensure compliance. Has high level understanding of Bank’s products and services, including its technology. Assists clients with deposit account and ancillary service selections in line with their needs, opening them in a timely manner. Engages and advises customers virtually in order to attract, retain, and grow relationships. Comfortable with proactively reaching out, via phone, chat or video to existing and/or prospective clients to build and establish relationships” Provides exemplary customer service, fielding questions concerning deposit account and loan activity, fees, etc. Uses available resources to research more complicated matters with assistance, ensuring client concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
