  • Zuständig für den Einkauf von IT-Lösungen, Dienstleistungen sowie anderen indirekten Materialien für ein Großprojekt im Energiesektor
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Ausschreibungs- und Vergabekonzepten und Strategien speziell für IT- und indirekte Beschaffungsbedarfe
  • Durchführung europaweiter Ausschreibungen unter Einhaltung der rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Vertragsverhandlungen sowie eigenständige Abwicklung von Bestellprozessen inklusive Angebotsbewertung und SAP-Bestellabwicklung
  • Verantwortlich für das Vertragsmanagement und die proaktive Überwachung der Leistung während der Vertragslaufzeit
  • Regelmäßige Analyse und Management der Lieferantenmärkte, um die besten Konditionen und Innovationen zu sichern
