Eligio is de marktleider in België op vlak van outsourcing van receptie en officediensten. Onze 400 medewerkers werken in vast dienstverband. Zij zijn dagelijks met veel enthousiasme aan de slag bij onze klanten, (middel)grote bedrijven verspreid over heel België en actief in diverse sectoren.
Beschik je over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en is het je passie om bezoekers en medewerkers zo optimaal mogelijk te woord te staan en verder te helpen, dan ben jij de nieuwe collega die we zoeken.
Voor onze klant in 1040 Brussel zoeken we een collega die de receptie op een professionele manier organiseert.

Het takenpakket omvat onder meer het volgende:

  • Bezoekers op een hartelijke en professionele manier ontvangen
  • Telefonische communicaties beheren
  • Personeelsbadges aanmaken en beheren
  • Koerier bestellen voor dringende of belangrijke brieven / pakketten
  • Drankjes serveren op vergaderingen met klanten
  • De vergaderruimte controleren (netheid, het juiste aantal stoelen rond de tafel, …)

Je werkt in volgend uurrooster:

Week 1:

  • Maandag tot vrijdag: 07:30 – 16:00 (60 minuten pauze)
  • Vrijdag 08u00 – 16u30.

Week 2:

  • Maandag tot vrijdag: 09.30u – 18u (60 minuten pauze)
  • Woensdag 7.30u – 16u
  • Vrijdag 8u – 16u30
