Finance Manager (m/w/d)


Unser Kunde ist ein international tätiges Unternehmen der Fertigungsindustrie mit einem Produktionsstandort in Sachsen Anhalt und enger Anbindung an eine US-amerikanische Muttergesellschaft. Als Teil einer wachstumsstarken, technologiegetriebenen Unternehmensgruppe bietet unser Kunde ein Umfeld, in dem finanzielle Steuerung, Prozessoptimierung und internationale Zusammenarbeit eng ineinandergreifen. Zur Verstärkung des lokalen Finance-Teams suchen wir eine erfahrene, eigenverantwortlich arbeitende Persönlichkeit mit fundierter Expertise im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse sowie den Budget- und Forecast-Prozess, inklusive Konzernberichterstattung
  • Steuerung der operativen Finanzprozesse (Investitionen, Forderungsmanagement, Umsatzrealisierung, Lieferantenzahlungen) sowie Sicherstellung der gesetzlichen Compliance in Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern (u. a. HGB, Steuererklärungen, USt-Voranmeldungen)
  • Verantwortung für die Kostenrechnung am Standort, einschließlich Fertigungskostenmodell, Bestandsbewertung, Stücklistenkalkulation und Soll-Ist-Analysen zur Kostenoptimierung
  • Cashflow-Management, Bankbeziehungen sowie Koordination von Förderprojekten (Investitions- und F&E-Fördermittel) inklusive Compliance-Überwachung
  • Aufbau und Pflege der Verrechnungspreispolitik und konzerninterner Abstimmungen
  • Disziplinarische Führung und Weiterentwicklung des lokalen Finance-Teams in Abstimmung mit der US-Muttergesellschaft
  • Mitwirkung an lokalen und globalen Projekten (z. B. ERP-Implementierung) sowie laufende Weiterentwicklung des internen Kontrollumfelds
  • Ansprechpartner für Versicherungs- und Rechtsangelegenheiten sowie Schnittstellenfunktion zu F&E, Produktion und Vertrieb.


Ihr Profil:

  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanz-/Rechnungswesen in einem international tätigen Fertigungsunternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Rechnungswesen, Kostenrechnung und Bestandsbewertung, sicher in HGB und US-GAAP (ASC606-Erfahrung von Vorteil)
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von Kostenrechnungsstrukturen sowie sicherer Umgang mit einem ERP-System (idealerweise Oracle NetSuite)
  • Eigeninitiative, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzen/Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbar Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
