Sie leiten den täglichen Ablauf vom Aufbau über den Service bis zum Abbau, führen das Frühstücksteam und erstellen die Dienst- und Einsatzplanung. Sie verantworten die Gestaltung, Frische und Präsentation des Buffets, steuern Bestellungen und Wareneinsatz und stellen die Einhaltung aller Hygiene- und HACCP-Standards sicher.
