Uitgeefcoördinator: doel van de functie
Jij bent de spil in ons uitgeefproces. Je draagt er mede zorg voor dat onze auteurs hun content op tijd en in de juiste kwaliteit aanleveren. Daarnaast ondersteun je de uitgever(s) bij het ontwikkelen van nieuwe producten en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten met inhoudelijke vragen.

Administratief en coördinerend

  • Beheer van het complete proces van boeken, tijdschriften en naslagwerken - zowel gedrukt als online;
  • Contact houden met auteurs en redacties, zorgen voor het betalen van vergoedingen en bijhouden in onze systemen;
  • Configureren van online producten en je zorgt ervoor dat alles technisch goed werkt;

Strategisch

  • Signaleren van kansen om onze producten te verbeteren en je doet daartoe concrete voorstellen;
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten en collega’s van marketing, sales en productmanagement;
  • Analyseren en presenteren van gebruikersdata en je bespreekt deze met de uitgever(s) om goed onderbouwde beslissingen te maken;
  • Ondersteuning van de uitgever(s) bij vergaderingen waaronder het voorbereiden van presentaties aan redacties;

Financieel

  • Ondersteunt de uitgever(s) bij het maken van financiële rapportages (omzet, kosten, prognoses, latest estimates en budgetten)

Operationeel

  • Je begeleidt auteurs bij het gebruik van onze systemen en tools;
  • Je start programma’s om auteurs beter te ondersteunen en doet mee aan gerelateerde projecten;
  • Je lost complexe technische problemen op samen met het uitgeefteam;
  • Je houdt bij hoe technische verbeteringen verlopen en bespreekt dit met uitgevers;
  • Je bent betrokken bij het samenstellen van instructiemateriaal voor auteurs;
  • Je beheert nieuwsbrieven;
  • Je denkt mee over passende wijze van auteursbeloningen per titel/product (inclusief voorschotten);
  • Je ondersteunt bij innovaties en nieuwe projecten;
  • Je leidt kleinere projecten en geeft input voor plannen.

Wie ben jij?

  • MBO+ of HBO-niveau;
  • Enige juridische affiniteit is een pre;
  • Je hebt een proactieve houding;
  • Ervaring met zelfstandig coördineren - je hebt enige ervaring met het aansturen en organiseren van processen;
  • Planmatig werken - je kunt goed projecten plannen en uitvoeren;
  • Communicatieve vaardigheden – omgang met verschillende stakeholders gaat je goed af: auteurs, collega’s, klanten;
  • Uitstekende digitale vaardigheid – bekend met Excel, PowerPoint en MS Office en leert snel nieuwe programma’s.
