Our Shift Leaders in Training are all about leading by example to help the managers run a smooth shift by taking care of team members and guests. We focus on solving bottlenecks in order to ensure quick, friendly service and fresh, ready product. REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with Guests and coworkers
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations

• Leads team by example in greeting guests, packaging orders, maintaining clean areas and all health and safety standards
• Learns how to train, coach and motivate team to provide excellent guest experiences as required by the manager on duty
• Ensures product quality by monitoring temperatures and product on hand
• Learns how to review restaurant goals and results to identify successes and areas for improvement
• Helps organize inventory and storage
• Works with Management team to meet store goals and brand standards
• Is prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
• Learns how to forecast product usage
• Acts with integrity and honesty, and promotes the hospitable culture of Popeyes
