Requirements: Minimum 1 years' experience in a freight forwarding role is required. Previous experience directly selling ocean and/or air services is preferred. Professional email and phone etiquette. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Responsibilities: Seek out new clients and establish a book of business through prospecting and networking (cold calling, electronic media, seminars, trade shows, in-person presentations, etc.). Present OEC Group's service offers: Ocean Import/Export, Air Import/Export, Distribution & Warehousing, Trucking, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Brokerage. Meet monthly revenue quotas given by Sales management (based off monthly salary). Collaborate with CRM Specialists to create sales presence in local market. Maintain communication with internal teams as well as overseas offices. Travel locally for client meetings and presentations. Salary: $45,000 - $80,000/annual base salary + uncapped sales commission.
