JOB DESCRIPTION:

Parker Enterprise is a provider of employability, ESOL, digital skills and wellbeing training solutions, providing engaging training and development which meets the needs of learners and companies, delivered by highly competent, knowledgeable and experienced staff.
We are now seeking a sessional Tutors / Coach for a short contract in Hamilton .
In this role, you will deliver courses to unemployed groups of people which address barriers to gaining employment with tailored support to enable individuals to progress into and move towards work.
You will deliver high impact training for people looking to enter the job market.
Key responsibilities:
· Delivering bespoke face to face courses to meet a range of employability needs
Face to face managing a classroom of people
· Using online recording systems on a daily basis
· Meeting KPI’s and targets (for those courses with job outcomes)
· Adhering to all compliance and quality requirements.

· The ability to deliver workshops in an engaging way
· An empathetic approach along with the ability to ensure learning objectives are met
· Excellent IT skills
· Adaptability and able to use initiative and work independently.
