Primary Purpose Frontline leadership role responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and material handling. Serves as a process owner for assigned warehouse functions, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency in chemical storage and distribution. Key Responsibilities Supervise warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance oversight. Oversee receiving, order picking, staging, and shipping processes. Ensure chemicals and materials are stored, labeled, and segregated according to safety and regulatory requirements. Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle count processes. Enforce PPE, safety procedures, and hazardous material handling requirements. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and 5S standards in warehouse areas. Communicate staffing, workflow, and material needs with production and logistics teams. Support compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and internal safety standards. Assist with incident reporting, corrective actions, and process improvements. Maintain accurate records in ERP/WMS (receipts, transfers, lot traceability, etc.) Salary $27.00 to $32.00 per hour. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling. Ability to lead and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of chemical storage and hazardous material requirements. Proficiency using ERP/WMS and Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field required. 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience; 1+ year in leadership preferred.
