INGÉNIEUR D’AUTOMATION ET DE PRODUCTION

L’ingénieur d’automation et de production est appelé à collaborer avec une équipe multidisciplinaire pour fabriquer des produits spatiaux utilisées sur des satellites à la fine pointe de la technologie.
Faisant partie d’une équipe dynamique de production, l’ingénieur est garant de la cohésion inter-programmes et s’occupe du déroulement des opérations d’assemblage, d’intégration et de tests de nos produits spatiaux. De la phase de conception en passant par l’assemblage, les tests (thermique, vibration, électrique…) et jusqu’à la réception des produits chez les clients, il s’assure de la bonne qualité du produit et de la documentation durant toute la chaine de production et ce dans les délais et les coûts impartis.
En plus du suivi des projets, l’ingénieur participe activement à l’amélioration continue des différents départements de production (électronique, composite, antennes, charges utiles, test…) L’amélioration continue consiste en l’optimisation et/ou automatisation des tâches, la sélection, l’évaluation et la qualification de nouveaux équipements, la mise en place d’action corrective, la qualification de nouveaux procédés/produits/sous-traitants. Il contribue également à l’implémentation et au suivi de la philosophie du « Lean Manufacturing », du « design for manufacturing (DFM) » et du « design for automation » (DFA).
