JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Automation Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving automated systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This role requires a strong understanding of various automation technologies and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in logic controllers and distributed control systems.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
  • Experience with Fanuc robot programming and operation.
  • Familiarity with tooling applications relevant to automation processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
  • Skilled in fabricating components for automation systems.
  • Knowledge of CGMP standards as they apply to automated manufacturing environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot logic controllers and distributed control systems to ensure seamless operation.
  • Program and configure robotic systems, including Fanuc robots, for various manufacturing processes.
