Ben jij nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en graag aanwezig op de werkvloer? Voor onze productielocatie in Drachten zoeken wij een QC Officer die verantwoordelijk is voor het bewaken van de productkwaliteit binnen ons productieproces. Jij controleert grondstoffen, halffabricaten en eindproducten en zorgt ervoor dat onze kwaliteitsstandaarden dagelijks worden nageleefd. Je werkt grotendeels zelfstandig binnen deze functie en je hebt veel verantwoordelijkheid. Daarnaast los je problemen op, wanneer ze zich voordoen.


Wat ga je doen?

Je bent in staat om effectief te schakelen tussen de verschillende belangen van de betrokken afdelingen.

Jouw voornaamste werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en inspecties;
  • Signaleren, registreren en opvolgen van afwijkingen;
  • Het vaststellen van normen in overleg met de QA/QC Manager;
  • Ondersteunen bij analyses en vrijgaven;
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen kwaliteit en productie;
  • Zorgdragen voor correcte registratie en rapportage;
  • Ondersteunen bij audits;
  • Het uitvoeren van hygiënerondes;
  • Het onderhouden van productpaspoorten;
  • En het opstellen van product labels.

In deze rol rapporteer je aan de QA/QC Manager en werk je nauw samen met Productie, QA en R&D. Daarbij lever je een actieve bijdrage aan procesoptimalisaties en continue verbeteringen binnen de organisatie.


Wat breng je mee

  • Je hebt minimaal een MBO opleiding, een opleiding in de Levensmiddelentechnologie is een pre;
  • Je hebt ervaring in de levensmiddelenbranche en bij voorkeur in een vergelijkbaar functie;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Je bent bekend met Microsoft Excel en Outlook;
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bent in staat om collega’s op een constructieve manier aan te spreken, te coachen en bewust te maken van hun verantwoordelijkheden;
  • Je bent analytisch, planmatig en hebt een resultaatgerichte instelling;
  • En je hebt een grote mate van zelfstandigheid.
