Los proyectos que se realizan son muy variados, pero todos con un indicador común: el objetivo final es ser el asesor de confianza a alto nivel de nuestros clientes y generar un alto impacto con los proyectos en los que nos involucramos.   El perfil buscado es un/a Consultor/a Especialista en los productos de la nube de Marketing Cloud de Salesforce, tanto a nivel funcional como técnico. Se incorporará a nuevos proyectos con clientes tanto internos del Grupo Telefónica como externos, o bien a los equipos al cargo de los evolutivos sobre implantaciones ya realizadas; donde tendrá la oportunidad de participar en las diferentes actividades de diseño y construción (configuración, desarrollo, pruebas y despliegues).   Formación académica y conocimientos técnicos: Titulado Universitario de Grado Superior, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Telecomunicación o Licenciatura en Física, Matemáticas o equivalentes. Conocimientos técnicos requeridos: Perfil Mixto con experiencia como administrador y desarrollador  sobre Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), y deseable conocimientos e Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. Conocimientos de configuración de las herramientas Email Studio y Journey Builder, y personaliza la configuración para optimizar la comunicación con el cliente; con la capacidad para automatizar campañas a través de diferentes canales (email, SMS, push, etc.) Tener experiencia en el manejo de datos en SFMC, conocimiento de SQL, uso de la herramienta SFMC Personalization y la creación de segmentos de audiencia. Conocimiento para personalizar funcionalidades y trabajar con lenguajes como SQL y la configuración de APIs para tareas más complejas. Habilidad para escribir y desplegar código AMPscript en diferentes componentes de Marketing Cloud, incluyendo emails, landing pages, SMS y notificaciones push. Implementar lógica de campaña compleja utilizando AMPscript para controlar la ejecución de envíos, personalizar el contenido, optimizar el rendimiento, integrarse con otras herramientas o con Salesforce Cloud para consultas y actualizaciones de datos. Experiencia en HTML y CSS para crear emails y páginas de destino personalizadas y optimizadas para distintos dispositivos. Experiencia en la creación de segmentos para realizar pruebas A/B y optimizar campañas.
