JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead the design validation strategy and evidence collection for innovative clinical solutions in medical imaging, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal customer outcomes in the Image Guided Therapy (IGT) iApps organization at Philips.

• This role significantly contributes to advancing healthcare technology by ensuring our innovations meet user needs, are safe and effective to use and comply with regulatory standards, ultimately improving patient outcomes and facilitating better-informed medical decision-making during minimally invasive procedures worldwide.
• You will be responsible for defining the design validation strategy (including algorithm and claim validation), coordinating resources, and managing stakeholder relationships. You need to stay up to date with innovations and trends in imaging technology and ensure that clinical studies are aligned with the evidence needs of ongoing projects.
• As a member of the iApps team in the Image Guided Therapy Systems R&D organization at Philips, you’ll work with highly skilled professionals specialized in the Validation and Usability domain. This team collaborates closely with stakeholders across the organization, including Clinical Science, Clinical Marketing, Service and Innovation.
