JOB SUMMARY: The Distribution Center Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of a distribution center, ensuring that all logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes run smoothly and meet organizational goals. This role involves leading a team of supervisors and staff, optimizing workflows, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and experience in logistics and warehouse management.
