Manage the day-to-day operations of the banking center, executing strategic and tactical plans to ensure sound operational performance and effective audit results. Maintain responsibility and accountability for banking center security for all employees occupying the banking center and ensure compliance with the bank’s security program, policies, and procedures. Ensure regular and effective communication with banking center team members and regional leadership.
