Training and development of branch staff. Supervising branch staff through appropriate delegation of duties. Mentoring branch staff and onboarding new hires. Providing an exceptional customer experience. Growing branch revenue through the promotion of bank products and services that meet the specific needs of our customers. Monthly branch audits and preparing audit compliance documentation. Directing daily branch operations. Resolving customer issues in a satisfactory and prompt manner Ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory policies/procedures and preventing fraud. All other duties as assigned. YOU SHOULD HAVE: A bachelor's degree and three (3) years of previous branch banking experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent and more than three (3) years’ related experience and training.
