Description

We are seeking a skilled Purchase Officer with proven experience in procurement within the UAE construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services to ensure timely project execution while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in the UAE construction industry (Dubai experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of local suppliers, market rates, and import regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for construction materials and equipment.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders, agreements, and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and UAE regulations.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and regularly evaluate supplier performance.
  • Track orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve any supply chain issues.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with site teams to forecast material requirements.
  • Prepare cost comparison reports and assist in budgeting and cost control.
