Key responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyse and document business and system requirements.
  • Map current and future-state processes and system interfaces.
  • Define scope, dependencies, impacts, risks and delivery priorities.
  • Translate requirements into user stories with development-ready acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, story elaboration and requirements reviews.
  • Support Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives and showcases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders and vendors.
  • Support change management and the successful implementation of new processes and technology.

Experience and capabilities

  • Five or more years' experience as a Business Analyst in a digital environment.
  • Must have experience in Financial Services, preferably lending
  • Demonstrated Agile business analysis experience.
  • Experience supporting a core platform replacement or system migration, preferably in financial services.
  • Experience facilitating discovery and process-mapping workshops.
  • Strong user-story development and acceptance-criteria writing skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage scope, prioritise work and translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
