Description du poste En intégrant l’équipe des ventes, ce poste représente une occasion idéale pour une personne motivée d’apprendre les rouages de l’industrie du recyclage des métaux, de développer des relations clients solides et d’évoluer vers un rôle plus senior au fil du temps. Vous bénéficierez d’une formation pratique et d’un mentorat auprès de collègues expérimentés, tout en assumant progressivement davantage de responsabilités. Le rôle combine des activités au bureau et sur le terrain, avec un accent sur l’apprentissage, la collaboration et le service à la clientèle. Le représentant des ventes travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe des gestionnaires de comptes et sera responsable de l’achat de métaux recyclés sur un territoire défini. Il devra également développer et entretenir des relations d’affaires exceptionnelles avec de nouveaux clients ainsi qu’avec la clientèle existante. Ce poste s’adresse à une personne dynamique et entreprenante, capable de travailler étroitement avec les différentes équipes internes de l’entreprise, les clients et les fournisseurs. Ce dont vous êtes responsable Appuyer puis effectuer l’achat de métaux recyclés afin d’atteindre les objectifs de tonnage et de rentabilité. Effectuer des visites de concessionnaires et de fournisseurs industriels, par téléphone ou en personne, pour promouvoir de nouvelles affaires, proposer des prix, offrir un service à la clientèle, répondre aux questions, gérer les plaintes et développer les relations. Soutenir les efforts de prospection pour identifier de nouveaux clients et opportunités. Développer un réseau de contacts afin de recueillir des informations sur le marché et les tendances tarifaires. Accompagner les membres expérimentés de l’équipe et assumer progressivement les tâches de négociation. Participer à l’analyse des profits et pertes sous supervision et formation. Acquérir des connaissances sur les opérations de triage pour mieux comprendre et élaborer des stratégies de tarification. Coordonner avec le personnel administratif et l’équipe des ventes afin d’assurer une documentation précise et ponctuelle de toutes les transactions. Contribuer à l’élaboration de recommandations tarifaires pour les cours opérées par AIM. Collaborer à des projets spéciaux selon les besoins. Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe. Qualifications Pour se joindre à notre équipe : Diplôme collégial en commerce, en vente ou en marketing, ou expérience équivalente. 0 à 3 ans d’expérience (idéalement dans le recyclage, les métaux ou les ventes industrielles, un atout). Permis de conduire valide de classe 5. Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en service à la clientèle. Connaissance des CRM (un atout). Solides compétences en mathématiques, en résolution de problèmes et en négociation. Capacité à se déplacer sur le territoire. Bilinguisme français/anglais, un atout pour la région du Québec.
