Job Description We’re recruiting for an Asset Charging Officer to support the end-to-end delivery of property charging, security and transfer transactions for Affordable Homes, ensuring that all associated documentation, data and approvals are complete, accurate and aligned to agreed service levels. The role holder will undertake the day-to-day administration and monitoring of the business’s loan portfolio and maintain the Asset & Liabilities Register, providing timely, reliable reporting and audit-ready records. Working closely with internal teams (including Development, Finance and Legal) and external parties (including lenders, trustees, valuers and solicitors), the role helps safeguard the integrity of our security position, enables efficient funding and refinancing activity, and supports strong governance and compliance across the asset and liabilities lifecycle.
