• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
• Draft and prepare various estate planning documents, probate petitions, and estate accountings with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Conduct research and gather assets to provide comprehensive legal support.
• Manage client correspondence, including communication with financial institutions, courts, and other entities, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Participate actively in team meetings, providing insights on client cases and contributing to the improvement of firm procedures.
• Support the firm’s educational initiatives by assisting with client and community workshops.
• Maintain an organized workflow to prioritize tasks and meet project timelines.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Proven experience in estate planning, probate, or a related field of law.
• Strong drafting skills with the ability to prepare legal documents accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in client communication and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Familiarity with legal research and asset gathering processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
• High level of accountability and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant legal software and tools.
