Experience:

• Client Onboarding: 1 year (required

A position has arisen in our Basildon offices for a New Business Assistant. The candidate will be required to have previously worked in similar environments.
A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following qualities:
· Speaking with clients via email/phone providing conveyancing quotations
· Setting up files for conveyancing teams
· Selling third party services to clients
· Excellent use of Windows/Excel/Computers
· Liaising with Estate Agents/Mortgage Brokers/Developers
· Good telephone manner/communication
· To be able to work as part of a team
