Job Summary The Senior Director of Business Development is responsible for setting and executing the enterprise-level strategy for third-party construction growth within the multifamily housing sector. This role provides leadership, direction, and oversight to a team of Directors of Business Development while personally managing select strategic relationships and pursuits. The Senior Director ensures alignment between market opportunities, organizational capacity, and long-term business objectives across Roers Companies’ established geographies, including Arizona, Minnesota, Florida, and Texas. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep construction industry expertise, a strong executive presence, and the ability to scale business development efforts through people, process, and disciplined execution. The Senior Director represents Roers Companies as a senior ambassador in the marketplace and partners closely with construction, operations, finance, and executive leadership to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
