We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for automobiles and a strong sales acumen, with the ability to engage customers effectively. This role involves guiding potential buyers through the purchasing process, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensuring deliver first class customer experiences to every customer that visits to the dealerships.
· Be the key point of contact for the customers during this exciting experience of buying their car
· Get the service right first time and every time.
· Follow up with potential buyers through phone calls and emails, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
· Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
· Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve monthly sales targets and objectives.
· Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
· Previous experience in any form of customer service or sales background.
· Communicate with customers to support and understand their needs on their journey to buying a new car.
· Work a variety of flexible patterns (which can typically include weekends) to ensure the highest possible levels of service to customers.
