Position Summary The Floral Manager leads the Floral Department to deliver fresh, high-quality arrangements, visually appealing displays, and exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and developing a skilled team while maintaining high standards for creativity, presentation, and freshness.
