IT Service Desk Specialist (m/w/d) - erfahrene Support-Rolle


Deine Aufgaben


  • Qualifizierte Ticketbearbeitung: Du übernimmst die strukturierte Annahme, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests über Telefon, E-Mail und Ticket-System.
  • Eigenständige Problemanalyse: Du analysierst Störungen selbstständig, löst diese im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Umfeld oder steuerst sie gezielt an die zuständigen Fach- und Spezialteams.
  • User Support & Enablement: Du unterstützt unsere Anwender bei Software- und Hardware-themen, erklärst Lösungen verständlich und sorgst für einen professionellen Auftritt der IT.
  • Kommunikation & Servicequalität: Du hältst Anwender transparent über den Bearbeitungs-stand informiert und stellst eine serviceorientierte, verlässliche Kommunikation sicher.
  • Dokumentation & Wissensaufbau: Du erstellst und pflegst technische Dokumentationen, FAQs und Lösungsbeschreibungen für wiederkehrende Themen.
  • SLA- und Qualitätsbewusstsein: Du arbeitest SLA-orientiert, erkennst Engpässe oder wiederkeh-rende Störungen und bringst Verbesserungs-vorschläge ein.
  • Zusammenarbeit im IT-Team: Du arbeitest eng mit anderen IT-Bereichen u.a. auch in Projekten zusammen und unterstützt bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen im Servicedesk.

Dein Profil


  • Technische Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene IT-Aus-bildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systeminte-gra-tion) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung im IT-Support: Mehrjährige Berufserfah-rung im IT-Servicedesk oder IT-Support, idealer-weise in einer mittelständischen oder komplexen IT-Umgebung auf der Basis von ITIL.
  • Fundiertes Wissen:
    • Windows-Client- und Server-Umgebungen
    • Active Directory (User, Gruppen, Berechti-gungen)
    • Microsoft 365 (EXO, Teams, OD, SP - operativ)
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Ausgeprägte Kommu-nika-tionsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten gegen-über Anwendern.
  • Serviceorientierung: Strukturierte, lösungs-orien-tierte Arbeitsweise - auch bei höherem Ticket-aufkommen .
