YOUR ROLE

Our customs team based in Pontypridd have an exciting opportunity for a customer centric Customs Clerk where you will support with customs clearances for our air, ocean and road freight customers.
This pivotal role will see you working Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30 / 08:30-17:00.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the Ocean Operations Supervisor you will work across a diverse team where you will ensure all customs clearances are actioned on goods entering and exiting the UK.
You will utilise Cargowise, Destin8 and CNS systems to claim inventory links to add to the customs entry, ensuring a high level of attention to detail and accuracy is maintained to prevent any errors or oversights on documentation.
This role will require regular communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders, so you’ll need to build and maintain first-class, long-lasting relationships with them and be on hand to support at each stage of the process.
